At BOBPERRON, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Refunds

You have 30 calendar days to request a refund from the date you received your item. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our support team via email at [email protected]. Please include your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the process.

Exceptions

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. These include perishable goods, custom items, and items on sale. Gift cards cannot be refunded.

Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, we will process the refund to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at [email protected].
